What you will do :

• Oversee a team of Flight Coordinators responsible for resolving operational issues in a 24 / 7 operations center, ensuring seamless and responsive service delivery.
• Collaborate with managers and staff across Flight Operations to define and implement best practices, procedures, and objectives that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate medium-term operational strategy for staffing, workload balance, and process improvements to meet future growth.
• Manage the training and development of Flight Coordinators, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry and technology changes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by verifying, coordinating, and resolving customer concerns with urgency and care.
• Actively support employee career development through coaching, stretch assignments, and Individual Development Plans.
• Provide on-call leadership support for the Flight Operations Center outside of normal business hours and manage the 24 / 7 team schedule.
• Ensure all activities maintain legal and global trade compliance and contribute to continuous improvement through software and process enhancement initiatives.
• Be onsite at the Annapolis Flight Operations Center at least 80% of the work week.

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
