Job descriptionProvide friendly and courteous service to customers Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. Ensure customer satisfaction. Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality. Time Management and Prioritization. Problem Solving and Decision Making. Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and cases, following company safety and sanitation procedures Ensure department standards are met. Stock, rotate and straighten product Read and understand shelf tags and signage Follow all opening and closing procedures within the department Ability to coach, develop, and inspire others to be the best they can be-relationship building. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management Bending Stooping Must be able to lift up to 25-100 pounds (depending on the job) Working on feet for 8 hour shifts Working in cold and warm environments Store / Facility Teammates : minimum of six months employment with Schnucks. Store Support Center Teammates : minimum of one year employment with Schnucks. Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline). If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
