Temporary Accounting Clerk

Full time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, onsite

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for a temporary assignment. This is a heads-down, detail-focused role handling a high volume of reconciliations between multiple companies. The work is repetitive and requires a solid understanding of debits and credits.

Pay range : $21.63 to $24.04 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform account reconciliations between companies
  • Match transactions to the general ledger
  • Work within an ERP system (we use Famous ERP, experience in any ERP is acceptable)
  • Use Adobe for document review
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in repetitive work

Qualifications

  • Accounting 1 and 2 or equivalent foundation
  • Intermediate Excel skills with excellent pivot table knowledge
  • ERP system experience required
  • General ledger experience preferred
  • Comfortable with independent computer-based work
