Job descriptionManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews Provide priority response to potential customers Valid driver's license High school diploma / GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred At least 1 year of management and / or supervisory experience At least 3 years of industry experience IICRC certification a preferred Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects Ability to work with / around cleaning agents Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Restoration Project Inspector
As the Restoration Project Inspector you will perform inspections for remediation and restoration projects. This front-line position sets the tone for the remediation / mitigation department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections to properly document scope of remediation projects.
- Create report to the Operations Manager with next phase expectations.
- Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and assists in preparing estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software.
- Negotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimate
