Nurse Practitioner, ARNP or Physician Assistant, PA-C

Full Time Position

Team Collaboration :

Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, dietitians, physical therapists, and mental health experts, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care in the following areas :

Exercise Programs : Monitor personalized exercise plans to enhance cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and weight management.

Nutritional Guidance : Collaborate with dietitians to create tailored dietary plans that address individual metabolic needs.

Mental Health Support : Partner with mental health professionals to support patients in managing stress, anxiety, and other psychological factors. ongoing support and motivation.

Knowledge and Skills Required :

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, patients, parents and hospital medical staff

Schedule Details :

Outpatient Schedule : Monday-Friday

Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Open to flex schedules that include weekends, 4-10hour shifts, and extended hours

Campus : AH Orlando

Required Education / Experience :

Masters degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant studies

Preferred in metabolic health, surgical optimization, cardiology or related fields.

Licensure, Certification, and Registration :

Current, valid Florida APRN or PA license or ability to obtain

ANCC, AANP or NCCPA certification required.

Current BLS and ACLS
