Nursing Director Procedural & Emergency Services
Full-Time | Days | $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location : Rock Hill, NC
About the Role
Envoy Recruitment is seeking a skilled and dynamic Nursing Director to lead Procedural and Emergency Services at a leading hospital. This role supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and holds 24 / 7 responsibility for assigned procedural units, including the Emergency Department.
The Director will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care delivery while ensuring staff competency, operational efficiency, and exceptional care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of Emergency and Procedural Services
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care
Oversee clinical staff competency, performance, and scheduling
Collaborate with hospital leadership to implement and support departmental goals
Manage resources, staffing, and compliance within procedural areas
Support nursing excellence and serve as a role model for professional practice
What You Bring
Education
Required : Associate Degree in Nursing plus a Bachelor's in Nursing or related healthcare field (BSN or equivalent)
Preferred : Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or willingness to obtain within 5 years)
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a hospital-based clinical role
At least 2 years of leadership experience in the Emergency Department or procedural units
Licensure & Certifications
Active and current RN license (must meet state-specific requirements)
AHA BLS certification required
