NextGen EHR Analyst

A company is looking for a NextGen EHR Analyst (Remote position).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve complex NextGen EHR, EDR, and Document Management system tickets

Communicate effectively with members to ensure timely and thorough resolution

Document ticket activity and collaborate across departments to close tickets efficiently

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or 5+ years of experience in Computer Science or Healthcare IT

5+ years of hands-on experience supporting NextGen applications

NextGen Certified Professional (NCP)
