- Active Massachusetts medical license.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatrics preferred).
- DEA required; CSR / CDS required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with frail or elderly patients.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Experience in geriatrics preferred.
