The ideal candidate will interact with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the New England area and will provide leadership and client development specifically in water wastewater engineering construction management civil infrastructure design and permitting. This team of professionals comes together to create innovative planning and design solutions for our public-sector clients water treatment distribution and storage infrastructure while also providing the same service for their wastewater treatment and collection infrastructure to improve the overall condition and increase reliability of these systems. Projects may include long-term planning programs condition surveys asset management programs design of water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems and the associated treatment facilities and pump stations for each and construction management and oversight.

Responsibilities :

• Contribute to project tasks and activities by applying theoretical knowledge to real world applications
• Acquire new skills build confidence and learn about the engineering profession
• Collaborate & communicate with others on project development
• Advance work in an integrated manner
• Initiate coordination & discussion of project issues
• Attend and present at client and public meetings
• Deliver work products on time and within budget

Preferred location is BETAs Lincoln RI office. Candidates should have flexibility to work from our other office locations. BETA also offers a hybrid work schedule allowing employees to request working remotely up to 2 days per week.
