As a Crisis Line Clinician with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide immediate, person-centered support to individuals reaching out through our Disaster Line. You’ll help identify needs, offer compassionate crisis intervention, and connect callers to services and resources that promote safety, stability, and hope.

Key Responsibilities
Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phoneAssess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resourcesCollaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standardsParticipate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvementRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours requiredBachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferredWORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtainedWorking knowledge of DSM-V requiredYou’ll be a great fit for this role if you :
