Our Client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for its Lancaster, CA or Woodland, CA facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in data entry, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Vlookup, etc.), and strong attention to detail, within a fast-paced industrial or telecom environment. Experience with dispatch or asset management software is a plus.

Candidate must be willing to work a flex schedule. The company is a 7-day operation and schedule will vary, Sunday through Saturday, 7AM-7PM, to include weekends and overtime when disaster events arise.

Role is responsible for consistently pulling information from the company database and entering it onto the trackers, entering information into database, closing tickets, maintaining inventory records, creating reports, and handling other miscellaneous duties, with strong attention to detail. This position has the opportunity for growth into an Assistant Project Manager role.
