State Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel I.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to other attorneys on the legal team

Perform legal research and prepare legal memorandums

Assist with managing licensing and regulatory filings and monitor legal developments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited college / university

At least one (1) year of practicing law preferred

Experience in healthcare and / or managed care law preferred

Current, unrestricted Attorney license required or proof of sitting for a bar for recent graduates
