Sales Planning And Operational Efficiency
Sales Planning : Bring process rigor and execution excellence to the development and management of a sales engagement process, including sell-in meetings, executive engagements, and demos.
Stakeholder Alignment : Bring the right people together at the right moments to have the right conversations. Develop and provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of the business and desired outcomes.
Project Management : Drive standardization and continuous improvement across key sales engagement cadences, facilitating collaboration across business planning & operations, sales and cross-functional partners. Project management expectations include defining goals and deliverables, developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Operational Efficiency : Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Build effective relationships and drive alignment across multiple cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent cross-channel experience across segments.
Executive Communications : Develop and deliver executive-level communications that effectively roll up individual project status, and change management to drive alignment and awareness of key changes and enable informed decision-making and strategic guidance.
