Warehouse Lead

Schylling is an award-winning toy company that has been putting smiles on the faces of children, and children-at-heart, for over 50 years. Our warehouse operations are in Lakewood, WA, and we are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Lead as our operations continue to grow.

The most suitable individual will be able to complete the following :

Responsibilities :

• Support Warehouse Supervisor in facilitation of department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Lead special projects within department.
• Ensure accuracy on every receipt and customer orders while maintaining operational standards.
• Must have strong collaboration and team building skills to drive the business goals.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the warehouse by training and developing department employees.
• Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Monitors product quality and reports any problems to eliminate safety issues.
• Lead and monitor forklift staff within department.
