About the Role :
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a critical role in providing compassionate and skilled nursing care within a long-term skilled nursing facility. This position focuses on delivering high-quality patient care to residents with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or recovery needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The LVN collaborates closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans and monitor patient progress. Through meticulous documentation and adherence to healthcare regulations, the LVN helps maintain the facility’s standards of care and compliance. Ultimately, the LVN contributes to enhancing the quality of life for residents by addressing their physical, emotional, and medical needs in a respectful and professional manner.
