Job Overview : Recruitment & HR Coordinator :
The Recruitment & HR Coordinator is responsible for leading all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process. This includes posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process from start to finish. Once hired, this role will oversee new hire onboarding, assist with benefit enrollment, and support employee documentation and orientation.
This position reports to the HR Director and plays a key role in helping maintain our strong, people-first culture while supporting our company's growth.
