Survey Administrator

The Survey Sector Administrator will provide critical administrative and logistical support to our survey teams. This role involves coordinating travel, managing expenses, ordering supplies, processing certifications, and assisting with project setup. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Book hotels and arrange travel accommodations for field staff.
• Prepare and process per diem and regular expense reports.
• Troubleshoot field staff administrative needs (e.g., emails, UKG system assistance).
• Order field supplies and manage bulk supply purchases (hard hats, safety vests, etc.).
• Coordinate Home Depot and other vendor orders for field crews.
• Manage project badging for survey crews.
• Support team morale by organizing celebrations for project wins and birthdays.
• Track and maintain OSHA certification records.
• Prepare and send W-9 forms to vendors or clients as needed.
• Set up project folders and maintain organized filing systems for project documentation.
• File and archive documentation to ensure records are complete and accessible.

Requirements

Physical Demands : Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull / push and carry up to 20 pounds with accommodations.

Work Conditions : Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.  Travel to other BKF locations and client sites may be required.
