Job descriptionEducate clients on various loan programs and guide them through the loan application process. Application Management : Collect and review necessary documentation to facilitate the loan approval process. Communication : Collaborate with internal teams, underwriters, and processors to expedite the loan approval and closing process. Customer Service : Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the entire loan process. Compliance : Stay informed about changes in lending guidelines and communicate updates to clients as needed. Pipeline Management : Utilize loan origination software to track and update client information. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mortgage lending or a similar role. Active NMLS license or the ability to obtain one. Strong understanding of loan programs, products, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using loan origination software and Microsoft Office suite. What you'll do
- Client Consultation :
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the status of their loan applications.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all client interactions.
Manage a pipeline of loan applications, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
