Position Summary

The primary role of this position is as a brewing subject matter expert through the leadership of successful brewing / flavoring / coffee production operations daily, providing proactive solutions for improvement, leading brewery personnel including on daily brewery operations and methods. This role ensures all brewing products are produced on time, in full, and error free.

An ideal applicant is highly skilled in brewing and fermentation, demonstrates keen attention to detail and trouble shooting abilities, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and enjoys working as a part of a multifunctional team.

General Duties / Responsibilities

• Assist Brewing Specialist and Brewing Supervisor in creation and execution of daily brew plan.

Disseminate the plan to the team and verify completed tasks.

Step in to support the coffee brewing team when needed

Trains team members on all CIP processes.

Identifying and suggesting cross training opportunities

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures;
