Job Overview

We are seeking a Workday Test Analyst to support a critical Records Retention Policy remediation initiative. This role focuses on validating system changes related to Workday Purge functionality and data retention processes to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong Workday HCM experience, exceptional documentation skills, and a detail-oriented approach to testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain test plans and procedures for Workday system integration and purge functionality.

Build test scripts and create test data, particularly within Workday HCM.

Manage all aspects of testing including execution, documentation, and issue tracking.

Validate purge logic and breadcrumb data retention processes in Workday.

Perform usability testing for system performance, reliability, scalability, and security standards.

Track and document test progress and results with comprehensive reporting.

Collaborate with Workday Configuration Analyst and Systems & Data Compliance Analyst to ensure audit-aligned testing coverage.

Conduct routine testing tasks under supervision and escalate issues appropriately.

Participate in project meetings and provide status updates to leads and managers.

Required Qualifications

Experience with Workday HCM is required, especially for test data creation.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with focus on compliance and data integrity.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Comfortable working in structured, fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Workday Purge processes is a plus.

Candidates willing to work onsite at King of Prussia, PA office are preferred.

Work Environment

100% remote work arrangement for U.S.-based candidates.

Must be available to work East Coast business hours.

Occasional onsite collaboration at King of Prussia, PA office is a plus.
