We're looking for a motivated and skilled Electrical & Plumbing Estimator to join our dynamic team. Position Overview :

As an Electrical & Plumbing Estimator, you'll be a key player in our growing company. You'll work closely with our Electrical & Plumbing Division Leader and foremen, playing a crucial role in the success of our projects. If you're a self-starter who can thrive both independently and under supervision, we want to hear from you. Please be local to SWFL NO REMOTE

Requirements : Key Responsibilities :

• Estimate Preparation : Accurately prepare Electrical & Plumbing estimates by analyzing project requirements, blueprints, and specifications.
• Cost Analysis : Determine material and labor costs, factoring in all variables to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
• Time Management : Prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and project timelines.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Electrical & Plumbing Division Leader, foremen, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technology Use : Utilize computer software and tools for estimation, data management, and communication.

Preferred Qualifications :

Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the Electrical & Plumbing industry, including materials, labor costs, and best practices.

Problem-Solving : Ability to identify potential challenges in project plans and provide practical solutions.
