Our Emergency Department is a fast-paced, Level I Trauma Center recognized for exceptional teamwork and rapid, high-acuity care. Supported 24 / 7 by an experienced on-shift supervisor, along with a dedicated multidisciplinary team including surgical technicians, emergency service technicians, unit clerks, pharmacy staff, social workers, transport personnel, and our own team of attending physicians and providers. How you'll contribute

A Clinical Support CST who excels in this role :

• Works closely with all emergency services staff
• Establishes positive relationships with patients / families and visitors
• Performs aseptic surgical techniques while functioning as a surgical assistant for trauma alerts / procedures
• Responsible for the proper collection of most specimens used in laboratory analysis within the scope of their knowledge and experience (Phlebotomy, POC testing)
• Performs point of care testing, and follows appropriate quality control procedures
• Assists with the admission, transfer and discharge of patients as appropriate including the transporting of patients throughout the facility
