Overview
We are seeking a PRN Van Driver to join our team of passionate patient caregivers at Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, Ohio.
Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license.
- Driving record must meet the standards of the Transportation Policy.
- Basic Life Support / CPR card required.
- Six months van transport experience preferred.

Responsibilities
Transport patients, staff, or equipment to and from various outside appointments, clinics, nursing facilities or other ancillary locations via hospital-owned van, integrating the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
