L1 Desktop Support

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients in person
  • Basic printer troubleshooting and break / fix experience
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Handle tickets in a timely manner
  • Experience with Service Now and AD
  • Work independently or with managers or other techs
  • Have strong CS experience dealing with end-users
  • Be able to work overtime when requested or necessary
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize many different projects

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Previous ServiceNow / large ticketing service experience
  • Able to hit the ground running
  • Able to pass a drug test prior to starting
