Licensed Practical Nurse - Bellevue Primary Care

Job Summary :

Reports to Practice Manager or Team Leader, the LPN provides clinical support to the physician and mid-level providers. The LPN provides instructions to patients as directed by the providers. The LPN is also responsible for compliance with all OSHA / CLIA and HIPAA regulations, and ensuring completion of all duties vital to business operations.

Job Description : EDUCATION :

Minimum : Graduate of accredited nursing program.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :

6 months to 1-year experience preferred.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS :

Current state LPN license.
