We are seeking a

• Licensed Land Surveyor
• to support pipeline and property boundary projects across Pennsylvania. This role is critical in establishing accurate site data for engineering and construction efforts. The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering high-quality survey data using total station and GPS technology.
• Key Responsibilities
• Perform boundary, topographic, and construction stakeout surveys in the field.
• Collect and analyze survey data, preparing detailed maps, records, and reports.
• Operate GPS, total stations, and related surveying instruments with precision.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Ensure all survey work complies with state laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide training and guidance to junior surveyors and technicians as needed.
• Support additional survey-related duties as assigned.
• Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor License in Pennsylvania (required).
• Minimum 3 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficient with modern surveying equipment and software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a project team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
