• Schedule : Monday Friday, 8a-4 : 30p
• Patients : 100% outpatient, all ages
• Patient volume : Approximately 18 per day
• Call : negotiable, additional compensation
• Support : 1.3 LPNs, 1 medical office assistant, 1.5 front office staff, 1 CRNP
• Epic EMR
• Required : Board certified or board eligible, Active Pennsylvania license
