Job Summary :

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing life-enriching programs and activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our programs align with the individual needs and abilities of each resident. Your goal will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that fosters socialization, physical and mental well-being, and overall resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and implement a variety of recreational, educational, and social programs and activities for residents

Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and vendors to provide engaging programming for residents

Collaborate with the care team to identify and address the individual needs and interests of each resident

Manage program schedules, budgets, and logistics to ensure efficient and effective operations

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed

Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff
