Weichert Insurance Agency is hiring a Content Manager. The Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the creative campaigns, marketing assets, and the centralized content library. The role ensures brand consistency and develops tools and resources to support sales enablement and training across Weichert Financial Services, Weichert Title Group, and Weichert Insurance Agency.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Creates and manages campaigns, creative assets, and messaging for multiple business units.
- Maintains and expands the content library (Maxa), ensuring accessibility and customization.
- Supports the coaching series with training materials, playbooks, and video content.
- Collaborates with the Marketing Technology Manager to distribute content via automated platforms.
- Ensures alignment with Weichert's brand guidelines and "Power of Yellow" messaging.
- Tracks campaign engagement and content utilization, providing reports and recommendations.
- Provides marketing support for events, presentations, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field requiredThree (3) or more years in content creation, marketing communications, or campaign managementExperience with creative software and content management platformsStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsKnowledge of design tools and content management systemsAbility to balance multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent collaboration and communication abilitiesAbility to adapt communication style to audience, prepare messages for multiple audiencesAttention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-pace, deadline-oriented environmentAbility to think creatively and strategically, and be self-motivatedFamiliarity in producing in-house mockups and prototypes of print materials for presentation and internal review purposesThe estimated base salary range for this position is from $60,000 to $80,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location / geographic region, and / or certifications.
