We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bryant, AR.

About the role

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and building a team of salespeople to drive revenue, generate leads, build customer relationships, hit or exceed revenue targets, and ultimately meet our customers needs.

Responsibilities :

• Generating leads out in the field within construction areas
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing.
• Understanding and promoting company services.
• Preparing and submitting sales orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services.
• Maintaining client records within CRM.
• Answering client questions about products, prices, and timelines.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.
• Cold-calling and / or dispatching skills and the ability to transition leads to sales
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze sales trends to increase sales
• Develop leadership skills with a relentless pursuit of growth and development
• Utilizing CRM to optimize sales calls
• Exerting sales effort necessary to meet sales quota
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
