Salary : $115,000 - $160,000 per year

The firm has a national trial practice focused on representing injured victims in pharmaceutical and medical device, product liability, personal injury, whistleblower and securities cases in both federal and state courts.

Job Details

Please have the following :

• Experience handling cases from intake through trial and settlement
• Experience with State and Federal courts in CT or PA
• Experience with trial teams, expert witnesses, and clients; client interaction and compassionate communication.
• Medical records reviewing and summarizing
• Case review and workflow management
• Document Preparation (drafting complaints, discovery responses, and correspondence)
• Negotiations with settlement strategy
• Compassionate and patient
• Clear communication skills
