Job descriptionDiet : Follow and document any special diet orders as required. Health Tracking : Monitor and document health metrics including weights, seizures, Incident Reports : Complete documentation for medical errors, falls, injuries, and other Financial Documentation : Obtain and document receipts for all purchases made on Mileage Tracking : Document all mileage incurred while transporting clients. Boone Supported Living is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team working with individuals with developmental disabilities in Jefferson City ! This is a p art-time position with the potential to turn into full-time. Up to $18.47 / hr with bonus and wage increase opportunities!

Key Responsibilities :
- Support : Document all supports provided in daily notes.
- Objectives : Complete and document objectives as directed in each client's care plan.
- Medications : Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and documented in
Medication Administration Records (MARs).
