Job descriptionOn the spot offers! Tuesday December 9th, 2025 4 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM @ 351 North Garver Road, Monroe, OH 45050 Start at $19 per hour + $2 per hour shift differential Earn up to $23.00 your first year and up to $30 as you advance from trainee to Production Tech Monitor and document up to 3 assigned lines Prepare all quality samples as required on the Profile Part Drawing (cosmetics, dimensional criteria, length, weight, all gauges) Legibly document process conditions at the required intervals : 8 o’clock, 12 o’clock and 4 o’clock, timeframes subject to change and should be current standard should be adhered to Communicate vital extrusion process information to the on-coming operator who will assume responsibility of your assigned line at the end of your shift Day and night shifts available Start at $17.60 per hour + $2 per hour shift differential Earn up to $23.00 your first year and up to $30 as you advance from trainee to Production Tech Must be able to lift 40lb doffs (rolls of fiberglass) onto a shelf and / or fill hoppers from the barrels. Will be required to drive a forklift to get materials Expected to read part prints, drawings, and schematics Monitor, and document the pultrusion process of all assigned lines; required to properly label packages / carts Prepare all quality samples every other hour (if required), as well as check length and gauges every hour Day and night shifts available Great starting pay Troubleshoots electrical circuits Troubleshoot pneumatics and hydraulics problems on plant equipment Installs newly acquired equipment Multiple shifts available, including a 2-2-3 Start at $20 per hour + $2 per hour shift differential Drive Forklift and / or Tugger to move pallets, skids, boxes, AK carts, products and transports load to designated area Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device Reads paperwork and enters information into computer systems to change order status Various shifts available Starting pay dependent upon role) Medical, dental, vision Company-paid life insurance Short & long-term disability 401(k) with 6% company match Paid time off & holiday pay Opportunities for career advancement A positive, team-oriented work culture Must have GED or High School Diploma Must be able to pass pre-employment physicals and drug screens (including THC) Ability to follow directions (in writing and verbally provided in English) Mechanical understanding, ability, or willingness to learn, how to read schematics and prints Ability to monitor multiple manufacturing lines, including stacking and packing products Previous manufacturing experience helpful Ability to perform precise measurements using basic math and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers etc.)
