Job descriptionTeam Leadership : Supervise daily operations, ensuring FOH and BOH teams follow company standards and deliver top-tier service. Hiring & Training : Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to build a high-performing team. Guest Experience : Be present on the floor, interact with guests, and address service concerns to ensure satisfaction. Operational Excellence : Monitor food quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health department regulations. Labor & Scheduling : Help manage labor targets and adjust schedules based on business needs. Meetings & Communication : Lead pre-shift meetings and team training sessions to maintain alignment and boost morale. At least 1 year of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with POS, scheduling, and reservation systems (Toast and / or Dolce a plus!) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Passion for food, hospitality, and creating great guest experiences Physically able to lift / carry up to 40 lbs. and push / pull up to 75 lbs. Able to stand / walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, and reaching overhead

Emmy Squared Pizza – Nashville, TN is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team and help lead us to continued success in the Nashville market. We are looking for a passionate and driven leader who is ready to take their hospitality career to the next step.
