Role : Genesys Engineer

Required Qualifications

Genesys Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.

• Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars
• Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and / or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc.

Google CCAI - Web service, API and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)
