Position Overview : We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, and a strong leadership presence. As the Senior Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, inspire your team to achieve excellence, and ensure that Whiskey Joe's Manatee River remains a premier dining destination.
