Job Title :

Principal Architect & Lead Engineer, Healthcare RCM Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Principal Architect & Lead Engineer to design, build, and scale a cloud-native, multi-tenant Azure platform for Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This is a working leader role. You will architect enterprise-grade solutions, write production code, configure Azure services, and stand up healthcare integrations in the early phases. You will then grow and lead a team as the platform matures.

This is not a maintenance role. We are building from the ground up, and you will own the technical vision, architecture, and execution for a platform that integrates with EMRs, clearinghouses, and payer systems to automate critical RCM workflows such as eligibility, claim submission, payment posting, and denial management.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Architect the Azure-based, cloud-native platform with a secure, scalable, and modular design.
• Select appropriate Azure-native services including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Integration Accounts, Blob Storage, and App Insights.
• Define microservices and event-driven architectures for healthcare integrations.
• Ensure HIPAA, HITECH, and SOC 2 compliance in platform design.
