Key Responsibilities
Review and vet incoming project contracts for accurate setup in the payroll system
Engage with clients for clarification on project details and maintain detailed communication notes
Consult with the Labor Relations team on complex contracts and validate compliance with union agreements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in contract administration, labor relations, payroll operations, or production accounting
Strong knowledge of entertainment union and guild agreements
Experience with CRM or case management systems, preferably Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply contractual requirements
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
