We offer advanced treatments including TMS, intranasal esketamine, IV / IM ketamine, and comprehensive medication management. The Role
We are seeking a full-time psychiatrist to join our growing team and help shape the future of TRD care in Northern Virginia. In this role, you will :
- Lead comprehensive TRD evaluations for new patients (60-minute intakes).
- Provide ongoing medication management for patients with complex depression and other psychiatric conditions.
- Supervise mid-level providers (NPs and PAs) who conduct follow-ups and support TMS / esketamine care.
- Collaborate with a highly skilled team of clinicians, technicians, and administrators.
This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who wants to take ownership of high-acuity patient care and guiding a team that is deeply committed to patient recovery.
Schedule & Work Environment
