Position Overview

We are seeking a Negligence / Litigation Paralegal with experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases. Must be reliable and professional to work as part of our close-knit team. A successful candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills; must be highly organized and detail oriented. Experience reviewing medicals is a plus. This position presents an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement in a great work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting complaints
• Drafting bill of particulars
• Preparing and exchanging discovery demands and responses
• Obtaining and exchanging medical records
• Other administrative duties as needed
