Senior Director of Communications

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Executive & Employee Communications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of executive and employee communications

Partner with C-level executives to develop engaging communications that align with the company's mission and values

Drive the design and delivery of company-wide communications and executive visibility programs

Required Qualifications

15+ years of communications experience, including leadership roles in global organizations

Proven success advising senior executives with exceptional messaging and storytelling skills

Experience in change management communications and translating business priorities into narratives

Strong executive presence and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership

Cybersecurity or enterprise technology experience is highly preferred
