Job Title : Muffler, Exhaust, and Undercarriage Specialist

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Muffler, Exhaust and Undercarriage Specialist with comprehensive knowledge of undercarriage systems, including wheel bearings, drum brakes, tie rods, shocks and struts, and other under-car components. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle exhaust systems and undercarriage parts to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality automotive repair services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Muffler and Exhaust System Repairs :

Diagnose and repair exhaust system issues, including mufflers, catalytic converters, exhaust pipes, and oxygen sensors.

Inspect, diagnose, and replace worn or damaged wheel bearings to ensure smooth and safe vehicle operation.

Perform maintenance and repairs on drum brake systems, including replacing brake shoes, springs, and hardware.

Inspect and replace inner and outer tie rods to maintain proper steering alignment and control.

Diagnose and replace worn shocks and struts to improve vehicle ride quality and handling.

Service and repair additional undercarriage systems, including :

Ball Joints : Inspect and replace worn ball joints to maintain suspension integrity and steering precision.

Use diagnostic tools, such as OBD-II scanners, to identify exhaust and undercarriage-related issues.
