Vice President II Network Engineering

LPL is seeking a seasoned Vice President II Network Engineering to lead the strategy, design, and operations of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and proven experience in building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and ensuring network availability, resiliency, across multiple data centers and corporate environments.

Leadership & Management

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of 810 network engineers and managers.
• Drive talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership to align network initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.

Pay Range : $142,425-$237,375 / year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
