As a Security Officer – Retail Site Patrols in Birmingham, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a lively retail or mall location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests and tenants. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a positive atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, often by bicycle, and engage with the public, offering top-notch customer service and communication. What You’ll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
