Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with product owners to define application capabilities and testing requirements.
Translate business priorities and integrate HR strategies to meet operational needs.
Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits while upholding high standards of efficiency and organization.
Communicate effectively with teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to influence solutions across business units.
Identify process improvement opportunities, partnering with HR teams to propose innovative solutions that optimize business outcomes.
Stay informed about Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities through ongoing research and testing.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system implementations.
Act as the primary resource for inquiries regarding the system from both business and technical perspectives.
Provide production support for Workday, troubleshooting issues, testing solutions, and collaborating with business partners to resolve problems.
Basic Qualifications :
High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification.
A minimum of 4 years of platform engineering experience with HR platforms (Workday, Peoplesoft, or Successfactors).
At least 2 years of designing and developing integration solutions.
At least 2 years of experience utilizing APIs in the Workday environment with REST or SOAP.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of experience with Workday Human Resources modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Talent & Performance Management.
3+ years of experience in designing and developing integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Custom Reports, or RaaS solutions.
3+ years of experience working with APIs in the Workday environment using REST or SOAP.
Workday Integration Developer certifications.
1+ years of experience designing and developing solutions using Workday Extend.
1+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.

The annual salary range for this role may vary based on location : Cambridge, MA : $127,500 - $145,500; Chicago, IL : $115,900 - $132,200; McLean, VA : $127,500 - $145,500; New York, NY : $139,100 - $158,700; Plano, TX : $115,900 - $132,200; Richmond, VA : $115,900 - $132,200; San Francisco, CA : $139,100 - $158,700; San Jose, CA : $139,100 - $158,700. Actual salary amounts will be confirmed in the offer letter and may include performance-based incentives.
