JOB TITLE : Front Desk Receptionist

About the Role :
The Medical Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities located in Brooklyn, Fresh Meadows, and Great Neck. This position is responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records, which are essential for providing high-quality healthcare services. The Medical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming environment and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy. By efficiently handling administrative tasks, the Medical Receptionist contributes to the overall patient experience and supports healthcare providers in delivering effective care. Ultimately, this role is vital in fostering a positive relationship between patients and our healthcare team, ensuring that all administrative processes run seamlessly.

SALARY : $18.00 / hour
