Job Description

We're partnering with a fast-growing company in the beauty, hair, and fashion industry that's looking to add to their inside sales and customer experience team. This is a high-energy, full-time role based in Palm Beach County-perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with product selection and sales order processing
• Respond to questions about pricing, availability, and product features
• Collaborate across departments to resolve client issues and ensure a smooth experience
• Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple systems
• Help the sales team reach its goals by driving outbound calls and client engagement
