Key Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Data Scientists and Analysts
Ensure the team delivers analytics that support Sales and Ops functions
Set standards for experimentation and ensure data quality at scale
Required Qualifications
Proven track record leading data science or analytics teams
Technically deep enough to set direction and review work critically
Expertise in experimentation and causal inference
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical work
Strong stakeholder influence across multiple departments
