We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Petfood – National Sales Manager to manage and expand our business within the Petfood Arena. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in driving sales growth and fostering both new and existing customer relationships in a critical, fast-paced, evolving industry.
Role Overview : As Director / VP of Sales you will be responsible for the Development and execution of the company’s overall sales strategy, leading the global sales and marketing team to Align sales objectives with broader business goals and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Global Sales and Marketing Team consisting of 7-10 Sales Professionals and Support Staff
- Drive Growth through facilitation of Daily Sales Activity - Manage Team Priorities and Remove Roadblocks to insure timely and accurate Sales execution
- Develop Annual Sales Goals and work with Sales Team on Individual Account and Activity Plans
- Help Drive Product Roadmap and Portfolio Initiatives through support of Engineering and R&D teams with relevant market data
- Develop and Maintain customer relationships, assisting Sales Team by maintaining relevant contacts with Senior Level Decisionmakers
- Build internal relationships to achieve proper support for all Sales related Activity.
- Work together with Sales Team and Customers to develop project payback and justifications.
- Drive new customer development – outreach and target list.
- Exemplify Cozzini’s customer centric mindset via excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Thrive in a very dynamic and high-paced work environment.
- Complete required administrative work and corporate reporting as required.
- Understand Cost of Sales and exercise responsibility and integrity where it concerns business expenses.
- Follow Middleby Policies when conducting business internally and externally.
- Participate and Facilitate Sales Meetings and Training Programs to enrich Team’s product and application knowledge, and Sales Skills.
- Demonstrate Professionalism via timeliness and high level organizational skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience : 8-10 capital equip / field sales in meat industryEducation : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.Skills :
Strong resource management skills to perform duties.Experience in strategic planning and implementation of plans.Documented record of market growth year over yearAbility to independently manage multiple high-profile client engagements simultaneously.Exhibit creativity in problem solving and team management activitiesAdvanced verbal / written communication and presentation skills.Collaborative in building and maintaining relationships.Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Visio..
