Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you will be part of the technical support department, ensuring the smooth operation of customer care applications and upcoming technology needs. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title : Senior Application Support Engineer (ONLY W2)

Location : Omaha, NE

Pay Range : $38-$42 (ONLY W2)

What's the Job?

• Provide oversight, governance, and technical expertise for Windows, Linux servers, and Azure Cloud.
• Support cloud environments on Azure, ensuring seamless integration with applications.
• Utilize monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk to monitor application performance.
• Drive efficiency for Oracle and SQL database configuration and usage.
• Design and validate High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
